So you've got your system installed and it's working great!
All our installations come with 14 day warranty period where we will gladly tweak and change how your system behaves until you are 100% happy. However, what if you want additional peace of mind?
LiveHouse provides a number of support options depending on how much help you need. For a small monthly fee we can provide the following:
- Complete software upgrades remotely to ensure you are running the most secure and reliable automation platforms
- Remote Support and access to our Service Desk.
- Proactive Monitoring and Analysis of alerts and errors on your system - to resolve problems before they become an issue.
- Interface directly with manufacturers, electricians, IT support on your behalf to resolve problems with your automation system.
- Battery maintenance program will monitor your sensors and send out the correct type of battery and replacement instructions in the mail! Never have to worry about your sensors running flat or having to source a specialty battery size!
- Tweaks, adjustments and troubleshooting for existing automation logic.
